Hugo F. Ramírez Rojas was born in Mexico City on June 18, 1960, he is authorized to practice law in every state of the Mexican Republic, by professional Register number 1378233.

Mr. Ramírez background was conformed in several law offices such as: Bufete Alvaro Espinosa and Bryan Gonzalez Vargas y Gonzalez Baz, as well as Legal Manager of private companies such as Barmex, S.A. de C.V., Conelec, S.A. de C.V., and Grupo Axa, S.A. de C.V. (currently Grupo Xignux).

During the exercise of his activities Mr. Ramírez  has accumulated knowledge and experience in Corporate Law (all kind of agreements, incorporation of businesses and preparation of articles of incorporation and by-laws, including foreign investor participation; private debt restructuring; receivership, corporate dissolution, liquidation and reorganization, including mergers, acquisitions and “spin offs”) and in Labor Law (individual and collective conflicts).
